I am an Accredited Counsellor with years of experience working with individuals and groups who are trying to overcome a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, sexual abuse, low self-worth, relationship breakdown and obsessive compulsive disorder.

I believe everyone is the real expert on their thoughts, feelings and emotions - essentially what makes them tick. In the safety of a supportive counsellor/ client relationship I help people to access their own power to live more happily.

I have worked as an integrative counsellor for over 10 years with groups and individuals and use a range of therapeutic approaches in my work including CBT. I like to establish warm and friendly client relationships and get really good feedback from people I work with about my caring and professional service.

I work with adult individuals and provide flexible appointments.

Brief Therapy

I work with a number of Employee Assistance Providers helping employees in brief therapy these include Simply Health, Care First, Workplace Wellness and Melin Homes.

I am experienced in creating and facilitating courses on a range of therapeutic related topics and regularly facilitate a number of workshops for WATCH, a community mental health charity sponsored by Somerset County Council. I offer a free introductory session. Please contact me via email for subsequent session rates and information regarding concessions.
