I am an Accredited Counsellor with years of experience working with individuals and groups who are trying to overcome a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, sexual abuse, low self-worth, relationship breakdown and obsessive compulsive disorder.
I believe everyone is the real expert on their thoughts, feelings and emotions - essentially what makes them tick. In the safety of a supportive counsellor/ client relationship I help people to access their own power to live more happily.
I have worked as an integrative counsellor for over 10 years with groups and individuals and use a range of therapeutic approaches in my work including CBT. I like to establish warm and friendly client relationships and get really good feedback from people I work with about my caring and professional service.
I work with adult individuals and provide flexible appointments.
